From gymnastics to caving to rock climbing to kayaking, I have been developing my physical intelligence for almost two decades. From Karate dabbling to a few months of Jiu-Jitsu to the Jeet Kune Do Wednesday Night Group, I have focused that intelligence toward combative abilities for almost a decade.
